Deleting domain

Guys I am in a bit of trouble. I accidentally deleted a domain. I bought the standard £4 domain for a website I am trying to create for someone, however, I wanted it to be business.
Thus I deleted and refunded my domain with the plan to redo the whole website and domain creation and buy the business plan instead.
However, when I tried to make the business account with that domain it does not come up anymore. Have I lost it? Please, can you try to get it back, if not how long will I have to wait for it to become available again?

As mentioned multiple times during the cancellation process, we cannot guarantee you’ll ever be able to re-register the domain.
The good news is, we can recover it for you, but you’ll need to pay the $18 registration fee.
I have sent a request for that to the email address on your account, so please let us know as soon as that’s done.

I’ve restored the deleted site and the domain sweethealing.co.uk :)
You can now purchase the plan you desire from My Site>Plan>Plans.

Thank you, I am just wondering, however, do I now own the domain? (Will it come up in my domain list)
or would I have to purchase it on a plan specifically from wordpress?

I am just wondering how do I change sweethealingdotcodotuk.wordpress.com to sweethealing.co.uk as that’s the website I paid for and want :)
