Deleting domain

    I have purchased the domain ‘abdrabu-mohammed’ but later I applied for bluehost which offered a free domain. I chose ‘abdrabomohamed’ at WordPress, which I preferred for the first purchased one. Is it possible to convert the purchased one to ‘abdrabomohamed’? If not, I would be grateful if I could cancel the purchased one and get a refund

    Hi there,

    Do you mean abdrabu-mohammed.com? ‘abdrabu-mohammed’ is not a domain.

    You registered abdrabu-mohammed.com with us on 13 June, and cancelled it on 4 July. Our refund period on domain registrations is only 4 days, so I am not able to issue a refund for that domain any more. At this point I can just restore the domain to your account. Please confirm if I should do that.

    It is not possible to modify a domain once registered – when you register a domain, you buy that specific address for a full year. If you want a different address, the only way to do that is to buy a second domain, and pay for it separately.
