Deleting domain & canceling account

  I am trying to delete my domain and my wordpress and everything else attached to them. I want to start fresh. I have tried several times this morning to cancel and I keep getting a message to watch my inbox but so far all I got was a message that I needed to confirm my email address which I did long ago. I’m guessing maybe the wires got crossed somewhere. At any rate the faster I can get this one canceled the faster I can make a fresh start with a new wordpress account. Can you please help me out.? Please do not send me the form lettered instructions. I tried it three times and it’s not working.

  Hello there. I want to confirm exactly what your wish to do since the deletion process is permanent. If you delete a custom domain, you may never have access to it again, and if you delete a site, it is irretrievable. Please read everything below very carefully and let me know how you’d like to proceed:

  To delete your site with a custom domain upgrade, you’ll need to do one of the following:

  – Move the domain upgrade to another WordPress.com site

  – Transfer the domain registration to another domain registrar

  – Fully cancel the domain (you will lose the ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee you can register it again)

  After the custom domain is unlinked from your site, you can use the site deletion tool to permanently remove the site. Here’s more information about that here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

  Please make sure to read the warnings and advice before deleting a site. We can’t revert the deletion of a site for any reason.

  Let us know how you would like to proceed and I can give you more information.

  I want to permanently delete the domain and the wordpress site. I won’t want it back, ever. I know there are no refunds. I just want it all shut down. I tried using the existing process but the cancel emails never came.
