Deleting exiting user name

  I have created a new blog ’sowingseedsothought’ using my old username Indiannationalistpost. I want to delete this user name and replace it with new user name ’sowingseedsothought’. But when I try to do this it says such a blog or user name exists. Can you please delete the user name Indiannationalistpost on your server and replace it with sowingseedsothought. So that I have a unified user name and blog name. It just adds to the congruence.
