Deleting featured image on single post pages/menu pages

  I need help deleting the featured image on each of the single posts page like under about, etc. I want the featured image to show up on the home page but not the other pages. I have tried using a code that works however when I click save changes, the changes do not save. Please help.

  Hi! Try checking Customizer > Content Options. There are options for the featured images there.
