  if i delete photos from my media library will that remove that from the blog posts swell?

  If you delete an image file from your Media Library you are removing it from WordPress.COM servers and it cannot be displayed when a browser calls for it. That results in a broken image icon in every post and page you embedded the image in. In order to have the images display you have to upload them again.
