Deleting items does not work

  I’m not sure why but my WP is not allowing me to delete anything.
  I can add things, but I can’t delete them.

  I can add a post, a link, a category, etc, but if I try to delete any of them nothing happens.

  I don’t get an error, in fact I get a “Success” message but when I refresh the item is still there.

  Why is this happening?

  I want to add that I have 2 plugins and they are both deactivated. The version of WP I am using is Version 2.3.3

  You are in the wrong forum. This is for those using the wordpress.com free hosting service and our software here works somewhat differently. Inquire over at http://wordpress.org/support/ as they know about the software you are using.
