Deleting multiple blogs, but keeping one. They all have the same title

Hello,
I am part of an organization that has recently started a blog on wordpress. I created a lot of sample blogs to get an idea of what I would like to do for the look of it. For each blog I created a new url, but I have the same title for every one. If I delete all of the old urls, and just keep the one for the blog I plan to use, will I not be able to use the same title anymore? I don’t mind not being able to use the same url since I created a new one for the blog I plan on using, but I would like to be able to use the same title of the blog. Is this possible?

The site title is irrelevant. The same site title entered here > Setting General can be used on innumerable numbers of blogs. However, it’s a crying shame that you registered a lot of blog URLs that you do not intend to use because deleted blog URLs here are NOT recycled.

I created a lot of sample blogs to get an idea of what I would like to do for the look of it.
Note that one can chnage themes on the same blog as many times as they wish. There is no need to register URLs you don’t intend to use for viewing themes. Moreover, all the themes can all be viewed in the Themes Showcase http://theme.wordpress.com/ and there is both a theme description site and a live demo site for every theme.

I appreciate the help! Unfortunately when I started using wordpress to test out some blogs, I had no idea that url’s couldnt be recylced. All of the test url’s that I used are closely related to our organization and are very specific to our organization, so hopefully no one else would want to use them anyways! Also note that one does not have to delete blogs and have the deletion appear in Google search results. You can make them private instead. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

The test urls would be useful for you if you keep them private. They allow you to experiment with new themes whenever you decide to update your site. Keep them private for future experiments.
You can export your “real” site to them so you can accurately see how your changes will look with your actual posts, pages, widgets, and colors.
