  I am trying to delete the website and my account, how can i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is something you can (and should) do yourself. The instructions found in this document are step by step and easily followed:

  Keep in mind that this will ultimately result in permanent removal of all your content so if there is anything you think you might want to save, please do so before proceeding.

  Thanks Dave i did the steps,

  Only thing is i also want to delete it all and not keep account under the email i am currently using for this account. They seems to be no way to contact WordPress to ask them about this.
  I now have two accounts open and only want one and this is the one i want gone but can’t seen to do that.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/#reusing-email-addresses tells you how to change the email address for the account you are deactivating!
