Deleting my Account

  Hi,

  I’ve been desperately​ trying to completely delete my account, unfortunately,​​ I’ve​ been unable to as ‘there are still active purchases’ on my account.

  The only active purchase is a premium theme, obviously,​ this never​ expires and I can’t​​ delete it.

  Can you help?

  I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to assist you as only they can remove a “never expiring” Premium theme.
