  Hello!
  so I opened a blog a few months ago and I regret it because I have no time to invest in making it a good one. Unfortunately, I purchased a long program for 36 months, and I would like to cancel it and get the rest of my money back.
  I would like to get your help :)

  Hi there, What 36-month program are you referring to and for which site?

  I’ve gone ahead and flagged this thread for Staff assistance as they can see what services you may have purchased through Automattic.

  As far as your WPcom account, once you finish removing any purchases, you can delete your WPcom account following this guide, but be aware that you’ll never be able to reuse this username. https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  If you’re talking about zibialibi.com, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Bluehost). Because of that, you’ll want to reach out to Bluehost directly about the cancelation.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
