Deleting My Account

    Please delete my account.

    The site I need help with is theglowexperiment.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there,

    For security reasons we cannot delete an account on your behalf – only someone logged into the account can delete it.

    The reason you can’t do that is because your site used to use plugins on our Business Plan, and we’ll need to properly downgrade your site back to the free plan before you can delete it.

    This process carries the risk that all content you added to your site after first installing plugins can be lost. Even if you plan to delete the site anyway, I’ll need your confirmation that you understand this before I can proceed with this process.
