Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Also, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
If the charge is located using the above site, but you are not presented further options, please contact us via billingsupport@wordpress.com
If you’d just like to delete this account, you can by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
