deleting my account & site

    will the deleting of my account also end the $8 about me charge that I can’t seem to stop via working my way through the Google products and services labyrinth.

    Hey there, I see you recently canceled a $96.00 charge and were refunded for that, but I don’t see any $8 charges related to this account.

    Can you have a look at your card statement to see what appears in the description? It may not be coming from us, or it may be under another account. If it is from us and under another account, you have two ways you can get to the bottom of it:

    • Use transaction ID from the description to regain access to that account, then contact support directly or update us in this thread.
    • OR, use the secure form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge, then use the option to contact support regarding that payment.

    Hoping one of those options will resolve this for you! But if you need to share the descriptor here for more information, please be sure to leave out the transaction ID. This forum is public, and we don’t want someone else using it to gain access to the account.
