Deleting my blog

Hi,
I created a blog http://www.etvoila-leblog.com and self hosted it on OVH. The upgrade terminated last month and I would like to delete this blog as I transferred all posts on my website I instead.
I cannot delete the blog as it says I have an upgrade.
I found other people who had the issue but I am really a beginner and cannot understand what the solution is. I have read about mapping…?
If someone has a step by step explanation of how I can delete my blog completely that would be great.

Hi,
We’re sorry to see you go. Generally, you can cancel a domain via the Store->My Upgrades link in your Dashboard ( http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/ ), but I’m pretty sure for an expired domain, staff needs to assist.
I’m tagging this for the staff to review.
Please be aware that deleting a blog is permanent and no one can reverse it. Please read the information at the top of http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
