Deleting my blog

  I want to delete my site but am not getting the confirmation email. I’ve tried several times, waited days and cannot figure out how to contact WordPress to get my 8-year-old blog offline.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  Have you checked in your email client spam/junk mail filter for the verification email?

  What is the URL of the blog you want to delete please?

  No it’s not in my spam folder. Every other communication from WordPress has come straight to my inbox in a timely manner.

  In the mean time you can set the blog to Private and that will keep visitors out

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Site Visibility >> I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose

  Remember to save changes – at bottom of page
