  I would like to start a new blog with my current email, how do I delete this blog?

  As @pavanraheja said, you can delete the site by following instructions on this page –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  However if you want to start over by keeping the same blog URL then refer these pages –
  https://wordpress.com/settings/start-over/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Note: If you delete a site, you cannot get the same URL again for at least the next 2 years. See this page for URL Recycling –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  And to start a new blog on your current account, simply visit this page –
  https://wordpress.com/start
