Here’s how to permanently delete Trash >

http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanentlyAlternatively, you can tag this thread with modlook in the sidebar and Staff can empty the whole blog for you, but that will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.

Note: By default your home page displays all your posts and you have not published any posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of your blog appeared because you deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ Don’t worry about it because as soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
