Deleting my comment

If you’re blogging on WordPress.com, you can only delete a comment you made on your own blog, not on someone else’s. To do that you’ll have to ask the person whose blog it is.
If it is your own comment, you should be able to see an ‘edit’ link near your comment and you can do it via that, or you can do it via your comment administration page which you can reach via your dashboard, look on left and click on Comments. Alternatively, click on your display name in the dark grey admin strip at the top of any window (you must be logged in to do any of this) and you’ll see the name of your blog. Click on that (or hover over it) and you’ll see ‘Manage Comments’ as one of the options.

Can you delete my comment for me? I tried looking for the person who was in charge of the blog that I commented on, but I could not find him/her. Will you be able to delete my comment for me?
-
No. Neither we Volunteers nor Staff will delete a comment form a blog. Only the blogger you submitted the comment to can do that.

Go to the blog in question and use either the contact information or a comment box to contact the blogger. Note that Staff cannot and will not violate privacy policy and provide the email address to you. You are on your own with this.
