Deleting my entire wordpress account

    I can’t delete everything because it says it can’t be deleted with active subscriptions. I do not know which active subscriptions I have. I haven’t managed my website in over a year. Please help!

    It looks like you purchased, then cancelled, a WordPress.com Premium upgrade for the WordPress.com site acespeakplus.wordpress.com earlier today.

    However, you have an active Akismet Plus plan for your site acespeakplus.com.

    Akismet uses WordPress.com user accounts for account management, so in order to delete your WordPress.com account, you would need to also cancel your Akismet Plus plan under your Akismet account:

    If you’re unable to cancel your subscription on your own, reach out to Akismet Support and they can help you with this.

    Once that’s cancelled you should be able to complete the WordPress.com account deletion process.
