Deleting my new post and reverting to old one

Hello. I got on my blog today and my “the author” page was back to how it was when I first made my blog. It has the old title (my name) and just a simple paragraph. I am very peeved because I had written this whole big long thing about myself that I don’t have saved elsewhere. I did not change it back, it just reverted back unexpectantly.
