Deleting my site

  Hi,
  I am trying to delete my site, but I don’t get an email! The site is milkcookiesandcream.wordpress.com and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please send the email to me again? Thanks,

  Hi there. Please check your email’s spam/junk folder, and also the Social tab if you use Gmail. You might also want to check your account settings and make sure that the correct email address is registered there.

  I don’t think staff can send you that link directly, but if you go through the delete process again under Tools in the dashboard it should generate a new confirmation email with a new link.

  Keep in mind that deleting the blog will wipe out both the content AND the address, cannot be undone and cached copies of the page may still exist on search engines for several weeks. Consider setting the blog to private rather than deleting. If it then comes up in search results visitors will only see a page stating that the blog is private. You can then use that private blog as a test or backup site for your regular one.
