  Could someone please explain how to delete my site , apparently it has upgrades that I am unaware of. Could someone explain how without pointing out a useless link

  You’d more easily get help if you kept everything in one thread rather than starting new ones.

  https://jurassiccottagefoods.com/ isn’t a basic free WordPress.com site. It has a custom domain that needs removing before you can delete the site. You can do that from “Manage Purchases”.
