deleting my site

  I have followed all the instructions to delete my site, but it keeps giving me the window to delete upgrades first. I have NO upgrades. There is NOTHING in the purchases or billing sections of the manage purchase link in my side bar. For some reason it believes I have upgrades, but there is literally nothing under purchase. When i click on that tab it just says ‘looking to upgrade…’

  You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar.

  Select any purchase in order to view options for managing it. The options available will be different based on the upgrade you choose.

  I have NO upgrades.

  Using a custom URL like http://fullmoonrising.biz/ to map to from an underlying .wordpress.com site URL requires an upgrade. Please be patient while waiting for Staff assistance.

  I have followed all those links and the issue is that I actually DON’T have the upgrades it thinks I do. When i go through all the steps, there are NO upgrades or purchases listed under Purchases. There is literally nothing there to choose to cancel. There are no purchases. the billing history is blank.
  I can’t cancel something that doesn’t exist.

  Have you purchased a premium theme for that site at any point in time?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades
