Deleting my site

  Dear WordPress,

  I’ve loved using your wordpress platform and wish to do so for a very long time to come.

  Sadly I must delete my site in its entirety to satisfy a certain person called Katy Bourne, the Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex.

  While I am willing to do so; I’m reluctant due to the time and effort I’ve put into it.

  Is there a way I can download my site to save externally, before deleting the site completely?

  Alternatively; is there a way to transfer my contents to another site, while deleting gettingreadyfor2015?

  You can export your site to another blog or platform before deleting it. In this guide, you’ll be prompted to export your site before you deleting it:
