Deleting my site but keeping my account

    Hi,

    I am a book blogger. Right now I have one site (which I don’t use), and another one that I co-manage with my friend. My account was created with the site that I do not use anymore. I want to delete that sit, since as I said I use the one that I co-manage with my friend. Is it possible to do it, without affecting my account?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello @xoxoeditaxoxo,

    What I understand out of your post is that you have two sites created with one WordPress account. Out of which one you co-manage with your friend and the other, which you wish to delete. By following the below mentioned steps you will only delete the desired site and it will not affect your account or the site you are currently co-managing with your friend.

    But first: Deletion can not be undone, and will remove all content, contributors, domains, themes and upgrades from the site you intend to delete.

    Nonetheless, here are a few steps to follow to delete the desired blog from the two.

    Step 1: Click on My Sites on the top left corner of your WordPress logged in site.
    Step 2: Click on “SWITCH SITES”, which will display your total number of blogs.
    Step 3: Click on the blog you wish to delete.
    Step 4: Scroll down to find the “Settings” option on the My site menu on the left.
    Step 5: Once the settings page opens up; under the general menu scroll to the bottom most of the page where you will find the option coloured in red font ” Delete your site permanently”
