Hi there,
You can easily switch to a different theme without affecting your domain or website. Just go to: https://wordpress.com/themes/, and you can select a new theme for your site.
For a step-by-step guide on how to choose and activate a new theme, you can check out: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/choose-a-theme/
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, just let me know.

Hi, It’s not selecting a new theme it’s that I want to re-select my theme and start again because i mistakenly deleted key elements that i still want. I thought if re-select the theme i can start afresh but it keeps uploaded a saved version of the changes I have made.

Hi there, can you clarify what the elements are that you are trying to restore? something you edited in on of your page templates that you would like to have back? What I see of your site now looks quite a bit like the demo based on a quick comparison: https://peiraodemo.wordpress.com/
It’s not always possible for us to reset all aspects of the site from our end, but if you can tell us in more detail what you are looking for it may help us to see if it can be reset or not.
Thanks for the additional info!

Have you checked the page revision history? This way, you can restore the page to how it was, which will help you recover any removed blocks! 😊
You can learn more about the revisions here:

How to Save While editing, your changes are automatically saved to your local device every 15 seconds and online about once per minute.
