Deleting my wp.com sites

  Hello, I have transfered the carnetchic.com domain to another registrar and want to permanently delete this site on the wp.com platform.

  When I log on to my client space and go to Setting > Delete site I got a message ‘You have active premium upgrades etc…’

  Where can I desactivate this upgrades (when I click on Manage purchases, there is nothing available out there).

  Hello,
  Have you tried removing the premium upgrade by going to My Upgrades? Click the Settings button (cog icon) and then click Cancel and follow the prompts.

  If that doesn’t work, add “modlook” to the tags for this forum thread. Doing so will alert a staff member that you need assistance with this issue.
