Deleting of a domain

I wanted to delete a blog named ‘thedovebella.wordpress.com’ because i’ve set up a proper one with another account and I want to use this name domain for that account. Will this name be gone forever after deleting from this account? I really wish to use this name for the other account

Do not delete the domain. It’s good that you asked first. You wouldn’t be able to get it back for at least two years, if that.

You wouldn’t be able to get it back for at least two years, if that.
.wordpress.com site addresses are not available (ever) once deleted. Do not delete a site unless you are 100% certain that you do not have plans to use it again in the future.
You can transfer ownership of the site with micawbr’s link.

Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again

To clarify, there is a list of criteria that must be met in order for this rare exception to be made.
