deleting old content

  Hi, I am trying to delete old posts and images to clear up my storage space. I deleted a bunch of posts.. but it seems that the media connected to them is not deleted at the same time.
  When I go into the media, I have to click on each photo, and hit delete, which is so slow and inefficient.
  I am hoping that there is a way to delete the posts with the media, or a way to delete multiple images at once. I probably have to delete about 200 images.
