deleting old website

    Hi
    Our charity had forgotten about a website started in 2009 and recently rediscovered it and want to delete it: sunnyaurum.wordpress.com we have not used it for a very long time. I have been able to reset the password because my phone number is linked . However I can’t access the dashboard and i get a message saying please ask the administrator of the site to invite me to be an admin. The volunteer who started the website is probably the admin and she can’t remember any of the old details

    The only way to get access to an old account like this is via our account recovery form:

    If you’re not able to provide one of the forms of verification required on that form, we won’t be able to give you access.
