Deleting old website (can't login/reset password to access)

  I have an old wordpress site still on the internet that I’d like removed, but I can’t login to access it (reset password doesn’t send email to me). How can I get it permanently deleted?

  According to the Account Recovery guide…

  Account Recovery Form
  If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you haven’t enabled Two Step Authentication, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form which is accessible by clicking the “Need More Help?” button on the Password Reset page. On this form, you can provide certain pieces of information, under Proof of Ownership, to verify that you are the owner of the blog in question:
