deleting or moving location of the "response form"

  I’m trying to write my first post. I originally put in a response form so that readers could contact me privately, but in preview mode I noticed that the response form shows up at the top of my post. I am trying to figure out how to remove it to the bottom of my post, or remove it altogether. Please help — I can’t seem to figure this out.

  Edit the post. Switch to the Text (|HTML) editor and remove the [contact form] code.

  Alternatively, cut the code and paste it at the bottom of the post and then click “update” in the publish module to move it.
