Deleting or transfering my blog

  How can I delete my blog without accessing the account? The mail I was using at the time is no longer available to me and I can not remember the password.
  The mail I was using was (email visible only to moderators and staff). I would like to use siljemowatt.wordpress.com on my new wordpress account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
