Deleting original adminisrator.

The blog I made for my daughter started with me as the administrator. When it was made I made her an administrator and planned to delete myself as administrator. Now I can’t do that and it seems like my e-mail is permanently linked to her blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. That username account has to add another username account as Admin to the blog you want to be transferred to them and then use the process to transfer the blog to it.
