  Hi folks. We are trying to delete this site. But there is something blocking it and we can’t find out where it is. We can’t find any premium upgrades to cancel. Please can you help us delete this site? Thank you Heidi

  Can you please share your site’s address?

  If your WordPress.com site has paid upgrades, you cannot delete your site.

  You can follow the steps outlined in this support document for deleting a Site with upgrades:
  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#deleting-a-site-with-upgrades

  Please note deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.
