Deleting pages on a Business account

    How do I delete “ALL” on a business account – to start again ?
    I have been learning WP and just want to clear everything out……

    When I try settings / delete – I get “You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.”

    Does this mean the “business” upgrade must be cancelled before I can delete my site ?
    If not – which upgrades is it talking about and how do I cancel them ?
    Surely – when someone tries to delete all (using settings/delete all) it should be a simple “delete all” task ?
