Deleting photos from my media library
-
Hi, I am in the process of permanently deleting some of my older blog posts going back to 2014. I have done so but I found that the photos are still in my media library and so are adding to my % of GB used and this is what I want to lessen. I have tried now to access these photos scrolling down through the years on media library but it goes so slow that it has now taken 4 hours to scroll down to just 2017. Any advice on accessing those photos faster? I am on a reliable internet connection with a good download speed, so I wonder how can I do this fast as I need those old photos removed (but of course selectively)
Thank you.

Hi Agnes!
You’re right, to make some space for new images you’ll want to remove the files directly from your media library. If you access it from WP-admin by going to gaiainaction.blog/wp-admin and then clicking on Media, you’ll see that you can filter the files by date.
This should help you to reach the older files faster :)
Also, remember that with your plan you can access support directly from https://wordpress.com/help/contact
