Deleting picture on main site

  There is a big picture of me just above the main header and I’d really like to delete it but there’s no easy way to find where to do that?

  Hi there
  This is because you put that image as your site logo.
  Go to My site->Appearence->Customize->Site identity->Logo->Here you can either remove or change it (but make sure you upload a suitable image).
