Deleting Pingback comments

  I have a pingback comment that I am not very fond of. Whenever I try to delete it, it comes back an hour or so later, is there a way to get rid of it permanently?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Typically with trackbacks and pingbacks they delete and stay gone. Leave it there on your blog and then contact staff and have them take a look at it: http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
