Deleting pirated content from my old WordPress blog thestillroomblog.com

    Hi! I realized that I must not have closed my blog thestillroomblog.com properly. Now, I can’t figure out how to wipe it properly, and my old content now has a lot of ads super-imposed on it. I don’t need the domain anymore, but I’m a bit lost about how to remove the WordPress content. Any suggestions helpful!

    Hi there,

    I looks like you didn’t have thestillroomblog.com hosted here with us on WordPress.com, so we don’t have any control over it, and aren’t able to help in this case. The WordPress you were using on that site is the open source WordPress.org software, and you had it hosted at another provider.

    To completely delete the site, you need to contact that hosting provider – the content is on their servers, and that’s where it needs to be deleted from.

    And to cancel that domain you’ll need to contact https://www.namesilo.com/ where it is registered.
