deleting post or an account or the plug in

Sorry about several posts on this but I have been unable to fix this. I wish I could post a pic of what I am seeing as things never seem to match up with what is posted here on deleting stuff. The basic jist is I am trying to remove either the posts, the account of the plug in. There is a lot here but since I can’t post pics this is the only way I can think of to create a picture for whomever can help.

    “Hi there,
All that was required to register an account here was an email address and your agreement to the Terms of Service. Any personal information you provided was done voluntarily. Both can be removed at any time.

Here’s how to deactivate your account:
Although username accounts are not deleted, so you cannot be impersonated and have your reputation affected by anyone registering the same username in the future, there are steps you can take that amount to removing all personal information and result in leaving only a throwaway email address behind. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.

    2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:
    https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/

    3. To ensure the account is locked up tightly, visit this site, generate a password of 15-20 characters, and change the account password to it:
    http://www.thebitmill.com/tools/password.html

    4. To hide your Gravatar profile, login and on the bottom right hand corner of your Gravatar profile page you will find a “hide” button visible only to you that you can click. “

I have read the above but it doesn’t fix the issue. The problem is that when I go to other sites I must have some kind of plug in or something that ties into word press. if I go to Wane.com I get a toolbar across the top of my screen. The tool bar shows a big W word press symbol and when you hover over it i gives you the option to add “my site”. Next i see reader and then follow. All these are on the left of the tool bar. On the right I see my gravitar picture that leads to account profile settings and what not. My problem is there is a message looking window in the tool bar then when you click on it shows “all, unread, follow,s comment & likes.” even though I have deleted the posts from the blogs them selves they still show up in here. This website uses Discus so i am not even sure why there is a wordpress tool bar there. (possibly the shared gravitar icon)

How do I delete these posts in there, remove this plug in that puts the tool bar at the top of my screen or how do i completely delete an account so that nothing will be able to feed this tool bar. Hopefully this is enough information. If you need more for a resolution please ask.

This isn’t a plugin, it’s just that Wane.com has their site hosted on WordPress.com so when you are logged into WordPress.com you see those tools on every WordPress.com site.

If you go to the link below and click the sign out button at the bottom of the left column you won’t have that problem any more.

Welp it looks like that stops the site hosting from loading anything. Thank you for your patience and wisdom.

If this current thread can be closed & deleted and my posts in

deleted as well I would appreciate it. (I understand from what I have read probably not.) Again thanks.

I can’t delete the threads, but I will lock them so no one will comment on them and they will fall off the front pages of the forum.
