remove … and the Blog op WordPress.com
I’m sorry but that’s not allowed.
May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questionsAnother Volunteer or Staff will assist you with removal of the searchbox as soon as they can.

This will get rid of the vertical line, search box and the (not used by you) secondary menu to the right of the site title.
#header #search_menu { display: none; }
