Deleting Second WordPress site

  I have a beauty blog on WordPress that I have had for almost 4 months (lifeinlipstickbykait.wordpress.com), and I just created an e-portfolio on WordPress((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I don’t like the route that I took with the new e-portfolio, and I want to delete all of my content and start fresh, but keep the domain name for the e-portfolio. I’m afraid that if I remove all of the content on the new e-portfolio, it will also remove all of my content on my beauty blog which I do NOT want to do, because both sites are linked together in WordPress (which I didn’t do on purpose, I wanted a completely separate WordPress account for the new E-portfolio, which is another reason why I want to delete the e-portfolio). If I delete the new site (e-portfolio), will it also delete everything from the beauty blog? Or will it only delete the e-portfolio site?

  They are separate sites owned by a single WordPress.com account. Deleting content on one will not delete it on the other.

  That said, do not delete the whole site if you want to use the URL again. Instead, just delete the content:

  If you have tons of content on your blog (over 200 posts or images), we can do it for you, but you can accomplish clearing your site fairly easily with bulk actions whenever you’re ready.
