Deleting Self-Hosted Blogs From My Profile

I have five self-hosted blogs which no longer exist. I understand you guys need to delete them from my profile.
They are:
delmontemuscle.com
thebackpainsolutions.com
kitchenappliancedeals.com
eartrainingsoftware.net
gaskitchencooktops.comThank you for your help. I didn’t realize they stayed on my profile after the blog was shut down.
