Deleting Site

I am trying to delete my site. It doesn’t not allow me too when I prompt it and says I need to cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site. I have canceled my grades and It still will not allow me to delete

Do you have a premium theme?
There is a bug and Staff have to remove the premium themes or transfer them to other sites you have registered.

Yes, you have a Premium Theme active on your account. This will need to be removed before you can delete your site, but I will need to do so for you. Can you confirm you are happy for me to remove the Portfolio theme?

ok I thought I removed it last night but maybe I was doing something wrong. If you could help me that would be great. I am happy and had a great experience with WordPress. This site is filled with old work and I have created my own site now. Thank you for your help and quick response
