deleting site

  I would like to delete my blog but WP system tells me I need to remove the premium theme first. But when I try to remove the premium theme, the same system does not allow me. Basically, WP would stops their customers from managing their blogs if they ever made a payment to WP?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  If Staff removes the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. And, if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”. If you’ll confirm you understand that, Staff will act for you.
