Deleting site

  To do the above. it is out of date. I want to be able to comment on other sites and i do not want a blog of my own. can I do this?

  Yes, you can still keep your account even though you delete your blog.

  Please note that deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.
