Deleting Site

  I want to delete my blog site- tamjid23.wordpress.com. And then want to create another SITE(not blog site) with the same URL (tamjid23.wordpress.com).
  Is it possible to get the URL again if I delete my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can empty the contents of your site and make a fresh start with the same URL.

  If you want to keep tamjid23.wordpress.com, certainly do not delete your site. Instead empty your site completely, https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
