Deleting site

  Hi, I am trying to delete my site and it says I can’t until I cancel my upgrade on the template. It was a one time fee and there is no where to delete it. Please cancel the upgrade so I can delete my site.

  Hi there!

  To cancel your upgrade, click on the Manage Upgrades button to be taken to the Purchases page. Once there, use the links provided on that page to cancel your upgrades. Post which you will be able to delete your site. Please note that site deletions are permanent.

  Instead you can do the following :

  *Change your site’s address and keep your content
  *Delete old posts and continue using the same address
  *Empty your site of all its content for a fresh start and continue using the same address
  *Transfer your site to someone else
  *Make your site private so only people you invite can see it

  If you have a Premium theme then staff assistance is required to remove it first to allow you to delete the site. As your site is set to private I can’t see what theme you are using. I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to check your account/delete the theme.

  Hi @cravethecookbook, I see a premium theme on your site. I have removed that for you so you can delete the site if you wish.
